This role involves working as part of a health and social care team to support people with day-to-day activities, in line with their individual care plans. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, social visits, Shopping and supplies management, medication support, continence care and any additional services required. Specialist training will be given, tailored to the packages of care you work on, so this is a great chance to upskill in new areas. You must be willing to be SSSC registered. You’ll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference in the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but not essential.
